This week I had the privilege of representing two different sellers in downtown Charleston—each listing a duplex, each with a very different investment strategy in mind.
One was a fully renovated property ideal for a turnkey investor seeking immediate rental income. The other offered classic bones and the opportunity to renovate into single family and sell for a return on their investment.
