Renovations

Formerly the Choraliers Club, was taken down to the studs.

Commercial Building

This building, formerly the Choraliers Club, was taken down to the studs and almost every inch of exterior wood was replaced while trying to maintain the historic significance. Any interior trim that could be saved, was and the porch was demolished to rebuild as the two story veranda facade of it’s original build. View more photos in the renovation gallery.

The Cottage

This Wagener Terrace cottage was falling into the earth and had multiple different roof systems creating really low ceilings in the back half of the house. We raised the home back up a foot where it was sinking, redid the roof structure to raise the ceilings in the back half of the house and added another full bathroom to create a master bedroom and en-suite.
